Inverclyde Connections Project are looking to recruit staff for its new project locally.

Inverclyde Council on Disability, in conjunction with Inverclyde CHCP and other partners, have recently secured funding from the Big Lottery Fund for the Inverclyde Connections Project.

From 1 April 2013, changes to the Social Fund scheme meant that Crisis Loans for Living Expenses and Community Care Grants stopped. In their place is a new scheme called the Scottish Welfare Fund.

Independence Debate

At the Spring/Summer Community Conference in May 2014 we are considering including a debate on the impact of independence on the third sector as opposed to Scotland more widely (for example changes in funding, approaches, national strategy, etc.)
